How do I choose my size?
Measure around your belly button while relaxed, not your pant size. Use the size finder or full chart. On a shared boundary, message us before ordering.
Does the lever arrive attached?
Yes, the lever comes pre-installed. To change the fit, take out both screws, move the lever and mounting plate to the holes that fit your waist, and screw them back in. You’ll need a Phillips screwdriver, which is not included.
What comes with the belt?
The belt with its stainless steel lever pre-installed (mounting plate and two Phillips-head screws), and a ZOR card.
How do I change the fit?
Screw the lever on at the holes that fit your waist, using the mounting plate and both screws. Close the lever to check the fit.
Will a replacement lever fit?
The hook prongs are 25mm apart and the mounting holes are 25mm apart. Check both spacings against your replacement hardware. Message us if you need help comparing.
When will my order ship?
Orders ship from Florida in 1 business day with free USPS Ground Advantage shipping.
Can I return the belt?
Yes, within 30 days, and return shipping is free whatever the reason. Start the return from your eBay order.
What does the warranty cover?
The 1-year limited warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship for the original buyer from delivery. Normal wear, scuffs, misuse and modifications are excluded. Choose a replacement or refund for a covered defect.
